When you contact us, book advertising, request coverage, order a commemorative magazine or submit a story, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, contact information, story notes and uploaded files. We also retain the exact publication consent, timestamp, name and email for submissions requiring permission.

How we use it

Koral Image LLC uses these details to review requests, respond, prepare agreed publications, record permissions and manage newsletter requests. Submissions remain in a private editorial queue until reviewed. We do not sell your personal information.

Files and publication

Submitted attachments are restricted to authorised staff. Material selected for publication may appear in print, on this website and on connected social accounts under your consent. Please do not upload sensitive identity, medical or financial documents.

Children and student features

Parents, guardians, schools or other authorised adults should submit material about anyone under 18. We require parental permission for a minor’s photograph or story. Do not include a child’s home address, personal phone number or other sensitive information.

Storage, retention and your choices

We retain requests and permissions for the time reasonably needed to manage the publication and its records. Contact info@pivolta.org to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of future publication permission or newsletter removal. Printed copies and previously shared material may not be recoverable. No automated deletion timetable has been configured yet.

Cookies and other services

This site uses essential preference storage and, for protected areas, platform authentication. No optional analytics or embedded social feeds are currently enabled. Payment processing, email delivery and phone services will have their own privacy notices when connected. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
